The staff is so rude and when you try and talk to them they have zero professionalism to the people or the person that has passed away in there communitie. It seems like a on going problem from reviews before. Try to reach out mutiple times phone and email. Response once to be hung up on, cause couldn't answer questions and zero professionalism to well your family member shouldn't of died.
It's a nice place the nature is awesome some of the roads are a bit sketchy and some of the mobile homes could use a facelift.
In the 8 years I have been coming here the attendants at the entrance have been fantastic… today I had the absolute worst experience, the British lady who was supposed to be helping me was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I’m not the type to leave reviews in general let alone a negative one. I’ve never had a problem up until this point there was zero reason for her remarks nor attitude. Not a great reflection of the business.
Amazing community! Absolutely beautiful place, there is something for everyone there. Spent some time at the recreation center where the indoor pool,putt putt golf, courts for pickle ball, tennis, gym and game room. The beautiful young woman that was working.The counter was so helpful with beautiful red, curly hair.She is really short and she was so helpful and I really wish that I had gotten her name.But I think her name was kelly, and i'm so fortunate to have gone there.She helped me with maps.They give out free popcorn at... read more
