Booked a so called Villa thru VRBO. 4 trips between the check-in office and the rental (20 min each way) and 2 hours later to get the correct key, I get to the rental to find dirty walls, a bedroom open to the living room without a door or a partition, worn out furniture, spider's everywhere, dust all over the place, the A/C filter cover full of dust from the outside next to the dining room table. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! Gate security is a JOKE, honestly embarrassing having guests over sometimes because of how unprofessional & rude the gate staff can be towards letting INVITED GUEST over. The dues are outrageous. The HOA is ridiculous. The best thing you have in this "resort" is an exit sign showing you where to leave.
I lived in the rv section for 4 plus years. The roads are horrible. Management company basically non responsive. The board has changed presidents at least 3 times in the past year. Would never,repeat never buy nor rent a place in CRRA. IT IS A SHAME THAT THIS PLACE STILL EXISITS.
We did a couples trip with 4 couples and we had a great time!! Debbie in the office was amazing, very friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the indoor pool and amenities. Our cabins were nice, comfortable, and fully stocked with dishes and needed items and it was so nice and cool when we entered our cabin as well. My suggestion is to travel during DAYLIGHT hours only because the ROADS are very narrow, winding and VERY DANGEROUS!! Please drive with caution!!
