Very humiliating experiences with this office. I’ve been going to this office for over two years and I get an infection and still don’t know what is wrong. I’ve been diagnosed with things that most likely isn’t even wrong with me. Thousands of dollars of money spent on healthcare for nothing but embarrassment in return. And when I voice my frustration, I get humiliated again by being released? This can’t be real life!!! I can’t believe I’ve been treated this way by this office. Very sad
A ALL AROUND FAMILY MEDICAL FACILITY, THEY CAN TREAT YOUR WHOLE FAMILY FROM NEWBORNS, TO TODDLERS TO TEENAGERS AND ADULTS TO SENIOR CITIZENS, VERY WELL TRAINED STAFF!!
Dr Jones is the rudest doctor I have ever seen. Had not been notified that started to take appointments and had to sit for hour and a half. He came in and just started berating us because we didn’t make an appointment when we have never done so before. It will be our last time. Jordan was excellent don’t know where she got Jones from but I really hope she sends him back there!!
Went there for years and it was great but was told I was required to have a pap smear to fulfill insurance requirements yesterday. Asked insurance about it and to see what I needed to do and they told my husband and I that no it's not true it's preventative care. They were concerned with me being told that. Today my husband went over there to pick up my script because the pharmacy never got it. He told them what blue cross said and the doc Jones said it would affect me later on. Great Doctors, great nurse, techs, and front staff. Very compassionate. I will never leave them as my doctors.
