My septic pump unexpectedly went out. I needed some help as my system was starting to back up. My neighbors had used Arnett so I decided to give them a call. I called and someone immediately picked up. He told me someone would call me back within 30 minutes and they did. Luke let me know he'd be out in the next 30 minutes, which was awesome. I wish Google provided us an option to put 5+ stars for companies that are above stellar. I would 5+ star them all day! We noticed some issues with our septic and called them as they were first on the Google list, and had 5 stars. I’m glad we did- They were able to squeeze us in the next day, and was able to make the needed repairs at the same time.
