it was no bad news before, but i do have a side to pick, i called 2x one day and lady informed someone i’m familiar with that i was being rude and had a attitude when on my end had no idea, we conversed and got answers i needed and was both told thank you, have a nice day. i will like to say just bcos someone is continuously calling about their vehicle doesn’t mean we were rude or had a attitude. they keep pushing back dates that were given to us by the lady who answers the phone and they failed to meet expectations. i think... read more
