Had gone there quite a few times during my pregnancy for free ultrasounds, that’s where the single star comes from. The staff was very dismissive and I was a day before my emergency induction due to health issues I thought that I would go there to use the “baby bucks” they have after I took a class or two. The staff was incredibly rude when I was just trying to use them to get a few diapers because my induction was short notice. Wonderful place! Very warm and welcoming, eases any fears you may have I'm sure. The staff are all so nice and helpful as well. Not judgey or pushy and so much better than most OB visits, wish i could just see them the whole time haha. I forgot to drink water because I was queasy and the lady was so nice about it and didnt rush me. They offer help which I have taken in the past and it really is a blessing. I had a pretty good experience the only Thing I didn’t like was toward the end it felt like one of the ladies was prying for information I didn’t like that , I put what I was comfortable sharing on the paper , just something to think about ..I own a business and I was asked about it and my partner was asked about certain things during the tour it’s not a big deal but it made me uncomfortable Im a very private person .. again no big deal but understand that some people aren’t comfortable with that .. if peope don’t offer you ... read more
