The quality of care has declined rapidly over the many years I have been a client. The receptionists are not very professional, belittling, and occasionally will literally pick up and hang up before saying anything. The staff does not fall through with various things including referrals and follow-ups. When they do, the information isn't always accurate. They never answer the phone or call you back.
Besides the doctor being awesome seems they don't care about you, they had a systems go down. Issue and I needed a prior authorization and it's been a week and still no systems up for them to do it. Thank God it wasent a life altering medication. I don't think they would kf cared either way.
this place is as horrible as the doctors are the pleasant street location is the best for doctors .
