My appointment was cancelled because of a severe snow storm. The scheduler told me that it could be 9 month to a year before another 45 minute physical appointment would be available as my doctor is only available two days a week and very very busy. This concerned me as I have a number of health issues. I was shocked and delighted when CCFHS called me that afternoon and said the doctor knew I should be seen and he made room on his very busy schedule if I could come within half an hour. I jumped.
