This place is awful, it is never secure gates are always open… you can never get ahold of the manager and good luck getting anything bigger then a pickup through… also they supply the lock and keep a key? That just feels sketchy had items go missing and they refused to look in to it definitely would not recommend… wish I could give a negative rating..
Not secure, they keep a key to your unit and steal your stuff… do not recommend!
I had a great experience with Coos Bay Storage. The unit was clean, well-maintained, and secure. Mike, the onsite caretaker was especially helpful and friendly. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable storage option.
Can we keep you forever? Clean, helpful, and the list just goes on and on. We came to you in a crisis and you were incredible. Over the years we have used different storage facilities. .but by far and above you are the best. Thank you!
