There are not many dentists who will accept patients who are covered under the oregon health plan. I thank Dr Korando and his staff who accept our coverage. Yes, there are waits. Yes he expects us to do our job at home cleaning our teeth every day.. I have never had a dentist care that much to take the time to teach us how do do brushing and flossing. Thank you Dr Korando for caring enough to help us.

if I could give 0 stars I would. Receptionist is extremely unprofessional. Eats in front of patients, cusses in front of patients. Horrible scheduling, 2-4 HOUR wait times (too long for adults, HORRIBLE when you have a 4 year old waiting to be seen). They schedule too many people at a time and accept walk-ins when they have a FULL schedule. The only time there is a decent wait time is when it is for cleanings only. Their office was kind of gross. I was scared I was going to catch something from being in the office. Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying "the customer's always right" here. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority. I can tell it is maybe not a top priority to maintain a professional appearance here.
