A couple weeks ago, we experienced unanticipated water damage that needed to be repaired right away. Out of many companies, we called one that was highly recommended and called us back right away. Our project person was very professional and went through the process of mitigation step by step, answering all our questions as and when they occurred. The mitigators came on our property record time, worked even in their absence, and kept us informed about the entire drying process.

The initial contact was very clear, allowing the crew to arrive in full force and with full preparation. Dealing with our water damage problem was a great experience. We needed help right away after our basement flooded. As stated, a team showed up within 12 hours and gave an estimate right there on the spot. The next day, a skilled crew got to work and finished the job faster than planned. The final price was even lowered, which we really enjoyed since our insurance didn't cover the damage.
