Recently, I sort advice from the mechanics at this service centre regarding a serious issue occurring with my vehicle. The response from the admin and mechanics was prompt, friendly, and courteous. Further Nick, Graham and team were able to analyse and resolve the problem informatively, effectively and efficiently. They provided regular updates and the repairs were completed at minimal cost. Wasn’t sure what was wrong with my car but had a lot of warning lights pop up, took it down and the problem was fixed within the hour, will continue to go back.
Would never use again , they told my dad what he wanted to hear and they couldn’t do the job, changed he $700 and his car is no better, then they sent him to another place for another option, this place is a training ground for dick heads and robbers not machines
We were in town for a short time with a somewhat 'special' landrover who was having issues and losing power randomly. This issue had been coming and going during our travels for months and mechanics in both Batemans Bay and Canberra had failed to fix it. Cooroy Service Centre correctly diagnosed the problem and despite being really booked out managed to squeeze in our job and I could not be more happy and grateful. Thanks so much everyone
