We just wanted to give these guys the biggest compliment and cannot recommend them enough! Today we were on our way to our son’s motocross race and our car decided to pop its intercoolent pipe. We had issues keeping it on. Finally got to their shop and their mechanics and admin were so lovely (sorry we didn’t catch your names) and had a look at it straight away! Really appreciate the level of professionalism, and information disclosed in interactions with Graham, other mechanics, and the lovely administration as the transparency goes a long way for peace of mind. Adding to this, they have provided me with excellent service, and completed quality repairs beyond the initial scope of my intentions on each occasion which have been of great benefit to my vehicle and my wallet.
Everything you would ever want from a mechanic. Honest, fast and a fantastic job at a reasonable price. Graham even picked the car up and dropped it off which was a huge help with a baby at home. Couldn't recommend them more!
Recently, I sort advice from the mechanics at this service centre regarding a serious issue occurring with my vehicle. The response from the admin and mechanics was prompt, friendly, and courteous. Further Nick, Graham and team were able to analyse and resolve the problem informatively, effectively and efficiently. They provided regular updates and the repairs were completed at minimal cost. Wasn’t sure what was wrong with my car but had a lot of warning lights pop up, took it down and the problem was fixed within the hour, will continue to go back.
