Great team with a abundance of spare parts and great helpful staff
Took chainsaw for the jamming chain. Did service and dressed bar. Got back and chain still jams and now won't run when hot. Took back 1 week later, and was told will fix running issues and fix jamming. Picked up second time. Now told the bar was bad after charging me the first time for dressing the bar. Jamming fixed but still won't run when hot. Not going back have wasted enough money for chainsaw that won't run since they fixed it. If I could give no stars I would.
I purchased a scag vride before Christmas and from the initial conversation and sale to the efficiency of the service team Cooroy outdoor power are the best The staff are friendly and knowledge It’s not my local but it’s worth the drive for business :)

Zero Stars I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Cooroy Outdoor Power. I brought in my brush cutter for repairs, specifically a starter issue, and their customer service was nothing short of terrible. Not only did they refuse to issue a refund, but they also failed to repair the problem. When I raised my concerns, they shifted the blame and showed no willingness to take responsibility or correct the issue.
