Bought spares for Husqvarna Lawn Tractor here before and recently bought a belt for mower deck and drive belt. However they supplied the wrong deck belt as it was loose and kept coming off. This is despite giving them the code on the plate of the mower. I rang and they said they would swap if incorrect, all good so far. But the person at the counter tried to tell me 1. If there was a option to give these guys no star i would, cut long story short i have left my brush cutter in to this shop on 27/11/25 and im still without a properly running brush cutter i havent used it for any more than 5 min at any given time after the 3 visits to the workshop just had carby replaced and got it back to me this week switched it on and and 5 min later rattling again i rang i was told to bring it in i did they had a listen an made up every excuse not to have a proper look without charging me given it only h... read more
