Reception staff need some people skills training absolutely ignorant and rude.
Always taken our dogs here, took the new pooch in to meet the team yesterday. Just back from the Cooroora Vet, just a routine check. Excellent friendly service. The team do a good claw trim and care about the outcomes.
All of the staff at Cooroora Vet surgery are absolutely lovely! They were so understanding of the situation with my anxious dog, and super accommodating to make his visit as comfortable as possible. I truly can't overstate how relieved I was to find a vet clinic filled with people who obviously love animals! I'll never go anywhere else!
