I am thrilled with this company's work!!! If I get more carpet replaced I'm definitely going with them. They laid carpet for my son and he recommended them so I chose them and I'm so glad I did. They know carpet and steered me well in my decisions. The carpet laying was beautifully done! They did our whole basement and were very accommodating to our specific needs and situation. Horrible company that lies and does not deliver the job discussed from the beginning. Communication is poor, and they try to take advantage of customers with minimum quantities and minimum job charges, which are just a way to get more money out of jobs. I was quoted for a job to replace a large part of the carpet in a room damaged by a dog. The original quote was expensive relative to the damaged area because the owner, Bryan, quoted me for ripping and replacing the whole room.
