Horrible company that lies and does not deliver the job discussed from the beginning. Communication is poor, and they try to take advantage of customers with minimum quantities and minimum job charges, which are just a way to get more money out of jobs. I was quoted for a job to replace a large part of the carpet in a room damaged by a dog. The original quote was expensive relative to the damaged area because the owner, Bryan, quoted me for ripping and replacing the whole room. I have referred clients to Brian, used him for my personal home, and for our rental properties. He is who I always go to for carpet. We have an amazing experience every time and his pricing is great. We've even had some projects where he had to get a bit creative on how to make carpet work and Brian and his team always do a phenomenal job. Recommend all day every day!
We enjoyed working with Matt on our project. He worked hard for us and wasn’t afraid to put in the effort or do research on products when we had hard questions. We were able to get into exactly what we liked, and we are happy with the work they did.
