There is no benefit from Coordinated Family Care service. ABA Therapy service, other device support services are not covered by CMO. I feel that this organization are not service oriented organization. It is running only for money and to get money from government. The people works for this organization also are not good, will not help us and will not understand the family situation.

AWFUL!!!!!!!! Unorganized & they seem to all be in on the scamming. Please save your time & go somewhere else. What a nightmare.
I've had a great experience with CFC. As a provider agency, they are one of my favorite agencies to work with because they are attentive, wraparound friendly, and accountable.
The two individuals involved with my daughter were only interested in billable hours. They support each other as if this is a sorority and do not have the best interest for a mother and daughter. There is nothing to show for the year that they were working with her. In fact, they cut me off the equation because I was challenging them and questioning them because nothing was improving.
