Deeply disappointing all around. Especially as it’s my understanding that they’re meant to be available to support folks who might have difficulty accessing a traditional pharmacy. They make every step of the process more difficult. CCN goes above and beyond in all their services. I have been working with them for a few years now and really appreciated how well they take care of their patients, and address any issues that may arise, immediately.
