I'm currently on a methadone maintenance program and sometimes I have to give a urinalysis lab test.Long story short,the lab mixed up my labs with someone on Suboxone.Ive never taken it before but Lab says I did.I called them several times and never could get with .I finally sent an email to director and she confirmed that yes they made a mistake.They tried to cover it up and hope no one would catch it.Even the nurses at the methodone clinic didn't catch it.Causex me a lot of problems because of their mistake.

I'm 75 yes old and have had some terrible experiences having my blood drawn. It throws mee into a panic just knowing it is coming. However, this time was different. I had ànyoung lady by the name of Nita show up at my home to draw my labs. She was pleasant, patient, caring and reassuring. Best of all, she got my blood. I'm a very hard draw with tiny veins. She got me on the second try. I was in tears I was so grateful. Thank you Nita and Cchs. Glad to know people like u still exist.

I am just appalled with this company. My mother is VERY complex, is bed bound, and I have always had a good experience with them until today- when they decided to DROP my mother from being drawn with their company going forward. My passion and intensity to help my mother (as her only help and advocate) they didn’t like and instead called me combative. Because I was just trying to get her labs done?? They dropped me and told our PCP that I was very combative and they were scared the come to my home! Nobody has ever been scare... read more

... the home lab techs r GREAT 👍. They've always done extraordinary work & have been very friendly & personable. However, I called 2 their office 2 obtain their fax # 2 give 2 my Drs (2 save time) & 1 would've thought 1 called some top secret facility. Some guy, cornellius, got on the phone & was EXTREMELY rude & then proceeded 2 hold up my orders 4 more than 3.5 wks. I was taken off surgery rotation & PT bcoz of it. I had 2 make other arrangements, I've been homebound due 2 an accident & other medical issues. NOT COOL but ... read more
