Full of lies and misinformation just to ensure you can't even find services so they never have to pay out. For three weeks now, I have been trying to find a place to get an eye exam. The website gave me places that were closed down. I messaged Coordinated Care, and they gave me the same closed down places and places that do not take their insurance.
