Great private gym. Coop works personally with every client. No it’s not a public/membership gym, but that’s what make it unique. If you want an excellent full body workout tailored to you and your goals, go to Coop’s. If you want to use an elliptical and do your own thing, go to one of those chain gym places. This place is for someone who wants MORE!

I’ve never had a trainer as knowledgeable, and personal as Coop. It’s not just a workout, it’s like going to therapy. I’ve also had a tremendous weight loss/ muscle gain transformation! When you’re good to daddy, daddy’s good to you!
