Saved the entire trip. Lost our AC on hour 2 on our way north. Got us in and out in under an hour, and let us bring our dog in to get her out of the heat too. In and out within an hour

I have been to Coop's a couple of times now. Carlton at the front desk is very polite & helpful. Easy to talk to & he explains what the mechanics write up without making it sound too technical.. I have also spoken with Ryan, one of the mechanics. Ryan took the time to go over whatever issues I was having in depth & made me fully away of his findings. I truly felt like no one was hiding anything from me or trying to upset anything. I finally feel like I found a group of mechanics that I can trust.
Highly recommended. They are honest and great people
