I have been to Coop's a couple of times now. Carlton at the front desk is very polite & helpful. Easy to talk to & he explains what the mechanics write up without making it sound too technical.. I have also spoken with Ryan, one of the mechanics. Ryan took the time to go over whatever issues I was having in depth & made me fully away of his findings. I truly felt like no one was hiding anything from me or trying to upset anything. I finally feel like I found a group of mechanics that I can trust.

I took my car here just to get it inspected, nothin fancy, and I still ended up impressed with how they do things. From the moment I pulled in, they was polite and got me checked in without any hassle. Didn’t feel rushed or ignored like some places make you feel.
