Cooper Surgical purchased Cord Blood Registry and now Cooper manages all of the accounts for parents who banked their Cord Blood. Cooper's Customer Service is THE WORST you can imagine. I just had a call with them and they did EVERYTHING you can do to ruin a customer service experience. Mean agent, tried to hang up on me, sent me the wrong email, made a simple transaction very challenging, and then tried to hang up on me before the survey asked "how was my customer service experience." DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Unethical business practices. They charge you for procedures, whether they were completed or not. I work in healthcare, having people sign contracts that bind them to payment whether a procedure is done or not is horrible. If your doctor uses Cooper as their testing center, i recommend you find an alternative or another doctor.

Cooper Surgical and their Embryo Options billing service are unethical. Multiple phone calls, emails, and requests to stop the storage of my wife’s embryos and my sperm were ignored. After a full year of trying to stop them from charging us, they yet again charged our card two days before Christmas.
