We were planning to stay here for an event that was cancelled due to the COVID-19 Pandemic even though we were warned against working with the owner by friends who had dealt with him in the past. He had already re-rented the property for the dates we needed to cancel for and was still completely unwilling to work with us on a refund of the deposit despite the state of emergency.
