I broke my hip and had to be transferred to a different hospital. The ambulance was called as this was an emergency and could not transport myself. The paramedics were wonderful but the billing is awful. The bill was sent to my insurance as a non emergency and as a result the insurance denied it. When I called the company they did not rebuild the insurance company instead sent me to collection. I had to go to Bassett in Oneonta everyday for radiation treatments. They came and picked me up up everyday. The staff was great and the drivers were awesome. I wouldn't have made it without them. Thank you so much for your help.
