Booked a house in October 2022 for July 2023. Got an email at the end of February informing me i lost the house because it was double booked. Horrible customer service and poor communication
In March of 2020, 5 months in advance, Cooperstown announced the cancellation of the summer baseball tournament. NY also announced travel bans from MN and mandatory 14 day quarantine upon entering the state. We sought a refund for our stay and were told by Cooperstown Accomodations that they would be keeping their half of the $2700 deposit for Marshmallow Acres and we could contact the homeowner for the other half.
