So disappointed HOA almost $400 a month. Nothing on the club house. No TV. No gym. No access at all since is open few hours on Tuesdays. Sidewalks not power washed In years. Houses not painted in years. Tennis courts closed and grimy. Lawn not care for properly. Poor lighting at night. So where the $400 a month goes ??? Who knows.
