We called at 6:30 pm on Thursday night due to a large tree falling in my yard and blocking my driveway and the man on the phone said to text him my name and address and he would contact me mid-morning on Friday. It is now 5:21pm on Friday evening and never have even received a phone call. If you didn’t want to do it you should have just said that you were booked up so that I could have found someone else.
This service is Fantastic. They removed some very large and tricky trees from close to my home. The crew was very professional and hard working. They showed up on time, and the price was very reasonable. They had great equipment. I strongly recommend this company.
Friendly, passionate about his work. Enjoyable talking with him about the scope of work. Up front and very fair in pricing. Shared photos of work in progress (we weren’t there at time) including drone shots and video! Left site looking better than he found it! Everything about the experience makes me want to rec this business to anyone in need of tree stuff.
After the December tornadoes we had several trees fall and a few others be compromised. Coopers was very affordable and responsive. They did an amazing job cleaning up the yard after everything was cut. They worked well with our neighbors to ensure safety and even the power company. Would definitely recommend and use them again.
This guy is a tree ninja! amazing to watch! He is thorough, knowledgeable, and communicative. Highly recommend.
