This was the worst experience ever. I dropped 11 items off 2/17 and the ticket said to pick 2/22. I went to pick up on 2/24 and they said they can’t locate my order and they will investigate and call me back. Never received a callback so I left a voice message and Tommy the owner on 2/25 returned the call and said the same thing “they will research and call me back” never called me back. They stole my jacket for over $450 and did a poor job on my leather boots.
Came here for a white dress. Was told the dress was ready on a Thursday went Friday to pick up was told that the dress was in an another location and the owner refused to bring it to the location where I dropped off. After some back and forth finally after about 2-3 hours the dress was brought over. Not in the best condition really lackluster results in all honestly. Will definitely be taking my business elsewhere. There seems to be no owning up to their mistake and made it seemed as if they had not done anything wrong.
I like their service, atmosphere, and they are very friendly. 😎😎😎
I had a great experience with the Coopers today. The services that was provided was above and beyond/ cleaned my residence very well/ nice cleaners.
