Been a few years since I was there last. Nice to know since things don't change. Maybe just stad too much salt on the brisket, but boy was it good.
I’ve lived around DFW nearly all my life and realized, after eating at Cooper’s in Llano for the first time yesterday, nothing I’ve ever had up North was real BBQ. Cooper’s is the real deal. Everywhere else makes their sides like they’re a necessary evil (bland, boring, out of a box/can cafeteria garbage), but the sides were so good here that they rivaled the meat. Clearly homemade, incredibly delicious, all around awesome.
