Had a A/C unit installed by them July of last year 2021 and have used it for 5 months. Well it stopped working so we went to go check it and the machine was iced over. I tried calling with no answer so I called another local company and they came to check it and turns out that this company did not clear out our lines properly and the refridgerant got contaminated. Tanner and his team were very easy to deal with! They were efficient and took care of all the necessary details. I would highly recommend Coopers Mechanical!
Had a bad experience with these guys with poor professionalism on the part of manager/owner. They didn't even put the new plumbing in to code. Another contractor who came in to do work after the plumbing was done, hit one of the new water lines causing a bad leak. If the plumbing had been done properly, this would not have happened. I would not recommend Cooper's Mechanical. I have heard good reviews for Powder Highway instead, which is who I will be going with next.
This place is a joke .... scheduled a hot water tank replacement with Leslie, the owner so she said, one month in advance. They were a no show, called tried to call and leave message but the answering machine was full. Send an email, no reply. Ended up calling Thomas at Powder Highway Plumbing and he did the job professionally 2 days later. So take my advice and call Thomas at PWP.
Overall sufficient job completing task, however unfortunate experience with a worker who seemed disorganized and rushed. The worker lost my contact info, kept worksite untidy, and they reported inaccurate hours. Unfortunate experience speaking with manager who demonstrated poor customer service. Their services are in demand in the area, however I would not recommend. Lots of room for improvement.
