Ordered uber eats from Coopers Hawk Ft. Myers.  Same order as many times before and liked it. Seafood Bisque was great. Prime sandwich was horrible. First, no Au Jus. Second, the meat was tough, unchewable. Third, The Asian salad side had no dressing. (Just dry lettuce). Totally unacceptable. Pitiful.

I recently rented a private room for a dinner presentation for 30 guests on Aug 6, 2025. I had 2 waiters assigned. After all of the guest left, one of the waiters said "somebody left a raincoat", "do you want to take it". I told the waiters to keep it, in case one of my customers returns for it. I then let left it with them and also told the 2 hostesses at the desk that one of my customers left a raincoat behind and to please hold it for them.
