Made an appt 2 weeks ago and no show. Contacted him again and was promised a new day/time. No show. He did same thing to my parents about 3-4 weeks ago.
Its actually a scam. Do you homework and research this person and company and you will have no questions as it is very easy in Maryland. Company does not really exist in Maryland either. Same as other reviewer I needed 2 houses done. First one was done in literally 20min as I barely walked into my house and had to walk right out and listen how filled my gutters were. On April 7th Cooper and I agreed to having two residential homes cleaned and repaired. He finished the first job and agreed to go finish the second job the same day. A few minutes after paying him for both jobs I received a call explaining he could not do the second job, due to "unforeseen emergency". He then assured me, for a second time, that he would come out within the following few days. We have now made arrangements for him to come out over 7 times all of which have not occurred!
