This was once an excellent place. However, due to age and ailments that come with such, not what it used to be. Ok to shop, but would not recommend even simple work. Mr. Cooper is a very nice man. Pains me to rate him so low. His wife, on the other hand... Let's just say I'm not a fan of her customer service or take on business.
This was once an excellent place. However, due to age and ailments that come with such --- tread with caution. My mom bought a ring for me from another vendor. Took it to Coopers, for sizing. My birthday was in April. She purchased., and dropped off in March for sizing. It's now August... (Mom re-purchased the ring. Bought it twice... another jeweler sized in 2 days.) Some years ago, an immediate relative of mine spent many thousands of dollars here. Since then, times have gotten hard (and cancer is not a cheap condition to have, either, but I digress), and he recently had to consider pawning a piece of jewelry from here only to find out the gold was fake all along. I'll omit my feelings about this so that you may inject your own.
