Cameron from Cooper's Family Tree Care came out within a week of our calling him and gave us a bid for what we wanted done. A week later, he took the tree down. He was timely and his bid was very reasonable. Since I was going to haul it off myself, he cut everything into manageable pieces and stacked all the limbs for me. Also, since I am a Veteran, he gave me a "Veteran's discount" which is a plus. I would definitely use Cooper's Family Tree Care for all my tree trimming needs.
We originally had them trim/prune our trees a few years ago and they did a very good job, worked quickly and we're very reasonably priced. They did not try to sell us on unneeded work, actually helped us to save our tree rather than just remove it which would've been very expensive. When we had a major limb fall on our house during the recent tornado, we called them again. The guys were very professional, did great work and the communication was excellent. I knew exactly when they would be here and how long it would take. They did great work, made sure I was happy with the work before taking payment and even made sure to leave us with some suggestions on things we can do ourselves without having to call a professional.
