Wow, where to begin. I had ordered my carpet through Home Depot and Cooper Installation was going to install it. All I needed was one room; 13ft x 15ft. Seems very simple, right? I special ordered a 15ft roll of carpet because I didn't want any seams, but they ordered a 12ft roll and called me to schedule an install. So they had to re-order the carpet and it took them almost 3 more weeks to get. They then called and we scheduled an install.
