Inquired via email about a dock and lift purchase and was simply requesting a formal quote with promotions offered by the manufacturer (Floe) along with labor costs for installation. I was given numbers in bullet points with no idea what I was getting for that dollar amount or the numbers on labor, promo discounts, and timeline for installation which was not addressed even after multiple times requesting them. RESPONSE TO OWNER REVIEW: Your response to my review is insulting. The ramp sustained zero damage; it was stored in a different spot on the shoreline and never sustained damage from the tornado. Clearly you did not read my review in full or you would have understood this point. You neglected to follow-up and ignored good faith attempts to schedule the repair after the estimate you provided was signed. No acknowledgement. No return calls. Nothing. When arriving to get a quote for a new dock, an employee was yelling at a man in the parking lot. He had a sledgehammer in his hand, threatening a man in a big truck. I did not feel safe, so I did not pull in to the parking lot. I do not plan on returning; this was very concerning and unwelcoming.
This guys is incredibly unprofessional when I tried to ask about a dock he came at me with a sledgehammer threatening me because of a company shirt I was wearing I give this company a 0 out of 10 would not recommend
