O'Reilly's ran diagnostics on my car and told me the alternator didn't pass, so I used Google maps to find an automotive shop that was open on a Sunday and that's how I ended up at Cooper's. Jarrid (owner) ran diagnostics on my car and said it was not the alternator, that it was the battery. He was able to explain to me his reasoning in a way I could understand. While visiting with him, I learned they offer free towing to their shop and they do not mark up parts cost. Thanks Jarrod for helping me get back on the road!!!
