I needed my interior door handle replacing, and had called a few other garages who just kept passing me from pillar to post. Coopers were fantastic! I brought my car down so they could see exactly what needed doing, they gave me a quote on the Tuesday once they had sourced the part and by Wednesday it was all complete. The team were lovely and I’d 100% use them again.

Fantastic place, run by very helpful gentleman called Nathan. Found the place after I was involved in a Non Fault Car Accident. So glad I did. From the 1st interaction, Nathan was so helpful, and professional, explaining that I could use any garage for the repairs after an accident. I wasnt aware of this. He informed me, of all my rights, and instructed me, extremely clearly, on every step of the journey, from dropping the car off, to picking it up, and kept me updated with phone calls, every couple of days or so. I honestly can’t thank Coopers enough. I was involved in a non-fault accident and after being pressured by my Insurance to use their nominated repair centre my car was deemed to be a ‘total loss’. I was devastated thinking I was going to lose my car not to mention that the pay-out offered was well below market value and they were adding additional fees to scrap the car. Excellent service from start to finish. I wasn’t sure if the issue that I had could be resolved but no job is too big or small for these lads. Thanks again and I would highly recommend you all.
