I went with CTCU because I’m a lifelong educator. I thought they would be very accommodating and competitive. Started the loan process in mid January. 70 emails later no progress. In mid April I sent an email to my loan officer. It said he was not available. He left the company and no one contacted me. On May 5th. I terminated the application. Communication was terrible. Under staff Customer services is horrible
To say that this credit union treats there employees and members with the ethics, priority, and professionalism would be making a false statement! There Hr department is ran by vice president Sarah which only hires Ms Diaz as her paper pusher but Sarah pulls all the strings. Chantavia was promoted to manager and once Sarah started bullying her she began bullying her employees. They tell you when your hired all of the training that will be provided but no proper training is given. Then it's your fault when you don't get it. A... read more
