These guys are a joke. After one session they diagnosed my child with a serious mental illness which was later discredited by a more professional practice after various sessions which is how you make an actual diagnosis of a patient. The amount of non sense coming from all levels of the organization was just amazing. They insisted to have my child immediately hospitalized and even put on medication, which again, was never needed to begin with. I had an intake to start my daughter in therapy due to behavioral problems, the woman who handled the Telehealth seemed very inexperienced . . They did not recommend therapy for my daughter which I was okay with the recommendation but the entire appointment , I felt as if I was talking to a new clinician who just started the field . CCS has asserted that they have addressed an ongoing concern regarding one of my children which severely affected her. However, I have not received any communication attempts whatsoever from CCS regarding this matter, yet they insist the matter was solved. Positive reviews seem to highlight the favorable aspects of their business, which contrasts with my experience as well as plenty of others, indicating that their portrayal of being "wonderful" or "patient-centric" may not be entirely accurate. I love this place! In the short time I had therapy with them it was great I felt welcome, heard and understood. I recommend to anyone that is looking to feel better.
