Llevo 5 meses en una reclamación donde yo fui la persona afectada y aún no me han pagado. Dicen que te devolverán la llamada y nunca lo hacen! Hacen todo complicado y difícil para no pagarte! La peor compañía no la recomiendo!!
I'm not sure if it was this particular branch or not, but by emails and attachments I've never known of a more absurdly complicated process to CANCEL an automobile insurance policy. Back and forth, request after request, additional forms, statements, signatures, just to cancel (and receive a small refund for the unused portion of the remaining year. ) They're happy to receive your money, premiums, but make it really difficult to get any back.
