Mary Ann Campbell is the most rude and condescending healthcare provider I’ve ever seen. Also, during my 20 week anatomy scan recently an ultrasound tech REFUSED to close the door even after I asked her twice because the inappropriate conversations in the hallway between Cooper staff members were so loud and intrusive. I also had to ask her to tell me what she was looking at during the ultrasound, she said “I’m writing it on the screen”.. I told her she’s writing in CODE and to please explain it. First off, I can’t say enough how much I love the staff and doctors here. First time I went to this office was for my prenatal exam when I was pregnant with my daughter back in August of 2023. Everyone from the front desk, to the medical assistants to the doctors are amazing! I’ve been seeing Maryann and shes the absolute best! She listens to any concerns you have and gives you all the answers you need. She really made my pregnancy go a lot smoother! I highly recommend this office
Dr. Hennebery is amazing! Update: I needed to have an urgent surgery for which Dr. Ruth Hennebery performed. Everything from her bedside manner to pre-op and post-op, was amazing. Surgery went well and am healing nicely. It is getting more difficult to find quality healthcare so it was reassuring to be in such good hands. Very happy with Cooper's network of doctors, especially Dr. Hennebery.
