This place is horrible! My urologist, Daisy Obiora is not a good one. As a urologist, as a worker in the health industry, it is your job to get down to the bottome of what's causing a patient discomfort. Nowadays these doctors are all about a quick paycheck.. they could care less about what's wrong with you because it's not them who has to suffer. Just horrible experience. Horrible. If your not Half Dead I recommend treating yourself. These doctors could care less
Well, it's nice to see that reviews have been removed. Especially, my last one. Here is another one. I said I would NEVER step inside of another Cooper building and I meant it. I had a HORRIBLE experience last time dealing with DR. ALLEN SEFTEL and his SUPERVISER JOSLYNN COLE. Seftel was UNPROFESSIONAL. He screamed at me over the phone because I wasn't happy with how he was performing and a doctor. And for SUPERVISOR JOSLYNN COLE to allow that to happen in front of her then get back on the phone with me like it didn't just h... read more

PREPARE TO NOT BE SEEN at your appointment. I had an appointment with Dr. Roth today that was rather urgent. My appointment was for 8am. There was an accident on my way to the office, adding time to my commute. So my arrival time moved to 8:12. I called the office on my way, when they opened at 8, to see if I could still be seen. I was told yes, I had a 15 minute grace period. Great, that’s enough time. I arrived at 8:12. Within the grace period. There was a line at check in. Was 10 minutes late, was refused to be seen even though there is a 15 minute grace period. Then their answer was to go to urgent care. Sad that these people only care about money. They have a patient standing right in front of them, clearly in distress, but they're busy and buisness is booming so they have no issue telling you to go somewhere else. Maybe in the end that's the best advice you could get. Go someplace else that cares about patients more than their bottom line.
