They canceled my appointment without telling me, drove an hour to get there to find out. Not happy with their communication, if I missed an appointment I'm sure they would charge me.
This place is horrible! My urologist, Daisy Obiora is not a good one. As a urologist, as a worker in the health industry, it is your job to get down to the bottome of what's causing a patient discomfort. Nowadays these doctors are all about a quick paycheck.. they could care less about what's wrong with you because it's not them who has to suffer. Just horrible experience. Horrible. If your not Half Dead I recommend treating yourself. These doctors could care less
Well, it's nice to see that reviews have been removed. Especially, my last one. Here is another one. I said I would NEVER step inside of another Cooper building and I meant it. I had a HORRIBLE experience last time dealing with DR. ALLEN SEFTEL and his SUPERVISER JOSLYNN COLE. Seftel was UNPROFESSIONAL. He screamed at me over the phone because I wasn't happy with how he was performing and a doctor.
