I provided Cooper Neurology with a referral from my PCP (Pine Street Family Practice). I explained specifically to the Supervisor the worrisome symptoms and diagnosis according to the Mayo Clinic. The Supervisor insisted she needed additional information. I provided her with detailed information and a useful diagnosis but she hurried to get me off the phone with a demand for additional information. I am new to Cooper Neurology and my first appointment was with Bhavika Panchal for my migraines. I was incredibly impressed with how thorough she was. She took a lot of time to make sure she understood what was going on with me and answered all questions/concerns. She prescribed me migraine medication and it was unfortunately denied by my insurance.
