We have always appreciated Dr. Bieler’s care, but unfortunately the front desk experience has been extremely disappointing. When we recently called to schedule a follow-up appointment—as recommended by the doctor—the front desk staff was surprisingly hostile and unhelpful. They refused to schedule an appointment for December or January and abruptly hung up the phone.
