This is my 4th time in this ER on 2/4/2026, ( 2nd time for the same issue this time more serious!) Even though it was serious they decided to discharge me anyway BUT make me wait over 3 hours for a ride home! And the nurses acted like they didn't care ....... I could barely walk and they still discharged me !
Overall I feel like the staff ( nurses and doctors and registrar ) did an excellent job taking care of me .BUT I had cuts on both me knees they didn't clean or put a dressing on , the one knee has skin removed from it for God sakes ! And for that reason I gave the ER staff 2 stars !
Went there to get checked out at like midnight left by four am. When the doctor came in she was EXTREMELY rude. She was like why are you here and why didn’t you go to the doctors? Have you ever been sick before? Like excuse me how did she want me to answer that, where am I going to the doctors at midnight? Also I didn’t have insurance at the time, my blood pressure was high I thought I was dying. I had passed out at a concert. I explained that I have been on and off sick for a month. Ed was overly crowded that was my only con about the experience. Interventional radiology was great and the doctor was very knowledgeable.
Don’t go here willingly. I spent 2 weeks there, my IV gave me sepsis, food was terrible, my phone was “taken/lost”, room and bathroom were never cleaned, and many nurses were clueless on how to unhook me so I could use the bathroom. For trauma go to Phila!
