Unhelpful and unresponsive and frankly incompetent.
My recommendation is super strong to NOT use Cooper Direct Primary Care. They took my $138.00 for primary care services for my wife and did not provide any services at all when called upon. Furthermore they refuse to refund any of money and the so called dei hire manager they have Yelled! like a sick degraded pig and said I'm being charged for June as well. Absolutely disgusting!
Thank You to everyone at Cooper! A family member recently had surgery and my experience was caring from the second we arrived!!! Every team member from receptionist, security, nurses, and many other ancillary employees were professional and kind!!!
