Thanks to people like Sharon Redd and give reviews that are constructive and helpful not emotional and whiney. The correct way to enter facility is to use 501 Cooper Tire Rd street address. You’ll see big blue signs to pull over and call . Seems an update happened and only one phone number is usable, happens to be bottom one or CB Channel #10. I arrived on 4/23/26 @ 12:22pm. Worst place for delivery in the world ,they killed 4 hours of my time,there is 3 people in the security but they don’t do anything

You need to call at the number to check in previous to get the entrance at the facility. Once they allow the entrance drive to the guard shack and then drive all tje way down until the shipping/receiving office depends of you are delivering or picking up. The shipping lot is already pavement just in case. People working there are very nice and friendly.

I’m a truck driver trying to make a delivery at this location. The given address from broker is 3500 Washington Road, do not use that as it will send you to a restricted entrance west of the warehouse. The correct address to use is 501 Cooper Tire Road. Use caution when approaching plant as there’s instructions posted.

I had to give it 1 star, I drove in because I didn't see the number to call, I was the only one ( not like they're busy) she said I have to drive all over the yard to make a U turn and go outside so I can call the same person I'm talking to so they take my information that takes literally 30 SECONDS!!!
