I’m a truck driver trying to make a delivery at this location. The given address from broker is 3500 Washington Road, do not use that as it will send you to a restricted entrance west of the warehouse. The correct address to use is 501 Cooper Tire Road. Use caution when approaching plant as there’s instructions posted.
I had to give it 1 star, I drove in because I didn't see the number to call, I was the only one ( not like they're busy) she said I have to drive all over the yard to make a U turn and go outside so I can call the same person I'm talking to so they take my information that takes literally 30 SECONDS!!!
Had a delivery here. The whole process from calling security to getting unloaded took about 30 minutes. Very friendly people. They have overnight parking on the street before you enter the plant.
