Office personnel are crap. Been trying to get in for 6 months. Call gets passed around. More typical passing the buck. A complete and utter joke. Sent messages through portal and phone calls and still nothing.
Quite frankly don’t understand why they have a phone. Should not be this difficult to get help when I just had a procedure. Been trying to contact them no reply so I went to the er. Finally got a call back while at er & was told Dr. Yagnik would call me back. That was 3 days ago. Been blowing up the office all morning they’re literally sending me to voicemail a few of the times I called. They want you to leave a voicemail to “get back to you” NO! I just had oral surgery! I've been dealing with urinary issues on and off for about a year or two now, and I finally seem to be getting the care that I need from Monique Wilson.
Dr Bromberg, did not listen to my issues… kept telling me to do the same thing I have been doing for years that have NOT worked. No matter how much I insisted I need another solution, before him telling me he “would not be around anymore” so I should see another doctor.
I’m sorry but that receptionist got attitude problems to the max
