If you need an orthopedic doctor, look no further. Dr. Fry, is awesome. Dr. Cancell is also an amazing doctor. As Soon as you enter the office, your worries and concerns are no longer yours, they they will take it from there.
I consider it to be the best office in terms of overall customer service, from the front desk to the doctors. They are kind, attentive, responsible, listen to us, solve problems, and help with whatever is needed. They notified me when there was a delay (which can happen), and they are quick with responses and paperwork. This office is the best I've ever visited. I recommend it 1000%. Had an appointment with dr. Brown she told me my kidney stone was small and wasn’t serious to not worry about it well not long after that I was in the hospital at Jefferson feeling like I was dying they said I had a large kidney stone that I couldn’t pass on my own and had to have surgery to remove it and had a stent put in me after the stone was blasted and removed worst pain I ever felt in my life if she would’ve took it serious I feel like I wouldn’t had to go threw all I went threw so NO I DO NOT recommend this office to... read more
This location is absolutely terrible. They consistently overbook appointments and then try to excuse it by saying the doctor is running behind. I had to wait a staggering 1 hour and 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment time—and that’s after I arrived an hour early due to my transportation needs. Not once did they notify me that they were behind schedule; I had to repeatedly check in with the front desk just to get updates.
