After a 5 day stay in the hospital I was referred to PA Jessica Bryson at Cooper Speciality Care in Glassboro. I was diagnosed with Vestibular Migraine. To say the least it was an awful 8 week experience. But once I saw Dr Bryson I felt a little less anxious. She was very attentive to my needs and actually cared about how I was feeling. I’ll start by saying I do not write reviews unless they are good ones. However, as a person who advocates for others as a living, I cannot stay quiet about the care I received here. I know far too many people who just listen to healthcare providers as though they are the absolute authority. The PA prescribed me two medicines that if taken together could cause a possibly life threatening reaction. In addition, she brushed off my complaint as “just stress and anxiety”. I had 2 cervical spine surgeries & still in pain from permanent nerve damage, occipital neuralgia & constant buldging muscle spasms. I went to 6 different species and finally found cooper who has been helping my pain for the past 3 months and offer other treatments that'll help even more after getting auth from my insurance company.

Terrible experience. I had gotten an appointment for my father a few weeks earlier however, they called me and told me the scheduler made a mistake So they pushed my appointment to sept.26 3:30. Once we arrive we check in no problem they were nice. We waited over 45 minutes to be seen, there was no patients left in the office. Even the front desk women were leaving in fact they even locked the front door. It wasn’t until one women spotted us and asked us if we were being helped.
